报社编辑部建立内部评报制度是实施民主办报,提高编辑人员业务素质的有效方法之一。正规的出版报纸的新闻单位大多数都设有“评报栏”。但是,有不少新闻单位的评报活动或流于形式,难以持之以恒;或方法不当,显得力度不足,从而致使评报活动事与愿违。 山西工人报社在总结以往评报经验教训的基础上,从1998年元月一日起,重新制订评报方案,设置评报奖金,建立了新的评报机制,评得报人一个心眼办报,评得版面活龙活现,评得稿件好中求好,评得报纸质量大有提高,全报社呈现一派相互学习,你追我赶的勃勃生机。
