相同配伍的银翘散用中药浸膏颗粒剂冲服与传统中药煎剂、片剂分别治疗外感高热证风热袭表证各30例,结果使用中药浸膏颗粒剂与传统中药煎剂效果相同,两者疗效皆优于银翘片。而中药浸膏颗粒剂较传统中药煎剂使用方便,值得在急诊推广。 1 一般资料 浸膏颗粒剂组30例,男21例,女9例;年龄14～59岁;煎剂组30例,男20例,女10例;年龄14～59岁;银翘片组30例,男18例,女12例;年龄14～59岁。全部病例均为1997年6月～12月的我院急诊
The same compatibility of Yinqiaosan with traditional Chinese medicine extract granules and traditional Chinese medicine decoction and tablet were used to treat 30 cases of exogenous hyperthermia syndromes respectively. The results were the same as those of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions. Both are superior to silver fins. The traditional Chinese medicine extract granules are more convenient to use than traditional Chinese medicine decoctions and are worthy of promotion in the emergency department. 1 general information extract granules group 30 cases, 21 males and 9 females; aged 14 to 59 years; decoction group 30 cases, 20 males and 10 females; aged 14 to 59 years; Yinqiao Tablets 30 Cases, 18 males and 12 females; aged 14 to 59 years old. All cases were emergency in our hospital from June to December 1997
