要充分利用富含粗纤维的农副产品作为禽畜饲料,必须把粗纤维分解成醣。为了探索纤维素分解的原理和过程,寻找和选育较理想的纤维分解菌菌种,1971年冬,我们开始进行了纤维素菌种的分离筛选和诱变育种研究工作,从自然界中采集并分离出木霉、青霉。1972年冬,用钴~(60)(Co~(60))辐射诱变选育,取得了一定的效果。一、木霉的分离筛选我们先后从广州市郊和海南岛等地采集了44个样本,分离了108个菌株(其中青霉6株),
