采用文献资料法、调查法、数据统计等方法，对国内外有关跳远运动员选材方法进行分研究，从中找出规律，以增强跳远训练的科学性。
By means of literature review, investigation and data statistics, this paper studies the selection of long jump athletes both at home and abroad and finds out the law to enhance the scientificity of long jump training.
