针对航天器在轨期间的高精度姿轨控机动和无阻尼调节需求,电推力器贮供单元必须采用比例流量控制阀以实现推进剂流量的高精度、宽范围、低噪声调控。目前正在发展的比例流量控制阀主要利用材料的应变特性和微小流量通道的节流作用,通过调节和控制材料的应变量进而改变流道的结构尺寸,实现推进剂的快速、稳定、连续可调。文章系统介绍了国内外比例流量控制阀的发展概括,并在分析国内未来航天使命应用需求的基础上,对该技术的发展趋势进行了分析和展望,以期对比例流量控制阀的研制提供指导。
Aiming at the demand of high precision attitude and orbit control and undamped regulation of the spacecraft in orbit, the thrusters storage and supply unit must adopt the proportional flow control valve to realize the high precision, wide range and low noise control of the propellant flow. Proportional flow control valves currently under development mainly utilize the strain characteristics of the material and the throttling effect of the small flow passage, and the structure size of the flow passage can be changed by adjusting and controlling the strain of the material so as to realize the fast, stable and continuous adjustable propellant . This paper systematically introduces the general development of proportional flow control valves both at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the application requirements of future domestic aerospace missions, the trend of this technology is analyzed and prospected in order to provide guidance for the development of proportional flow control valves.
