应用移植替代物进行盆底重建的新式手术近十年来发展迅速。聚丙烯合成网片套盒手术虽能显著降低盆腔器官脱垂的复发率,但一些网片特有的并发症如侵蚀、感染、挛缩等越来越引起关注。寻求理想的移植替代物是医患共同的目标。猪小肠黏膜下层生物补片有强大的组织再生功能,且胶原丰富,支撑力度较强,近年来国外已应用于盆底重建手术,国内也开始尝试应用。本文概述了猪小肠黏膜下层生物补片的结构、功能及其在盆底重建手术的应用。

This article summarizes the structure and function of porcine intestinal submucosal bio-patches and its application in pelvic floor reconstruction.
