电力系统功率振荡的主要分为负阻尼和强迫型振荡2种。这2种振荡的表现形式很相似,但采取的应对措施差别很大。为快速有效地判别振荡性质从而采取适当的措施抑制功率振荡,提出了一种基于起振段波形的二次差分法及相应的判别准则。针对2类功率振荡的起因及特点,通过比较该方法计算的每个周期中功率最大值(或峰峰值)的一次差分和二次差分的符号,即可在功率振荡发生后的几个或十几个周波内快速判别振荡性质。最后,采用多个实际电网的振荡实例验证了该方法的有效性及实用性。“,”There are two major kinds of power oscillations, one is the negative damping oscillation, and the other is the forced oscillation. The two kinds of oscillations are similar in form, but the countermeasure is different. To identify the power oscillation properties and take appropriate restrain measure quickly and efficiently, this paper presented a second order differential method and discriminant criterion to identify the power oscillation properties based on the initial period of wave. This method is based on the different characteristics and the cause of the two kinds of oscillations. By determining whether the calculation results of the first and second order difference have the same sign or opposite sign at the maximum value(or peak to peak value)in every oscillation period, the discriminant criterion can identify the power oscillation properties in several periods. Finally, the method was proved to be effective and feasible by many oscillation examples in actual power systems.
