目的了解开封地区近三年TORCH的感染情况,并对其感染情况进行分析,以降低缺陷儿的出生。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)试验法,对5086例孕妇进行TORCH感染检测。结果开封地区5086例孕妇TOX-IgM、RUV-IgM、CMV-IgM、HSV II-IgM检测阳性率分别为:0.39%、0.20%、2.56%、0.79%。结论 CMV-IgM感染率最高,其次为HSV II-IgM感染,应重视孕早期TORCH感染的检测。
Objective To understand the infection status of TORCH in Kaifeng area in recent three years and to analyze its infection so as to reduce the birth of defective children. Methods 5086 pregnant women were tested for TORCH infection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rates of TOX-IgM, RUV-IgM, CMV-IgM and HSV II-IgM in 5086 pregnant women in Kaifeng area were 0.39%, 0.20%, 2.56% and 0.79% respectively. Conclusion The highest infection rate of CMV-IgM, followed by HSV II-IgM infection, TORCH infection should be emphasized in early pregnancy detection.
