冲蚀磨损是井控节流阀正常工作下的主要失效形式,为了延长其使用寿命,减小其冲蚀磨损而设计了一种防刺短节装置。但该装置对节流阀流量特性的影响规律尚不清楚,为了对其现场应用提供理论参考,采用三维流场分析的方法,对其流场进行了研究。结果表明,防刺短节对节流阀的压降、流阻系数和流量系数影响不明显,不会对节流阀的现场操作带来影响。安装防刺短节仍然要避免节流阀在较小开度下长时间工作。针对楔形节流阀阀瓣与阀座之间无冲击的特点,提出了阀瓣采用陶瓷材料的建议。
Erosion wear is the main failure mode of well control throttle under normal operation. In order to prolong its service life and reduce its erosive wear, a stab-resistant short joint device is designed. However, the influence of the device on the flow characteristics of the throttling valve is not clear. In order to provide a theoretical reference for its application in the field, the flow field is studied by the method of three-dimensional flow field analysis. The results show that the anti-spike short section has little effect on the pressure drop, flow resistance coefficient and flow coefficient of the throttle valve, and will not affect the on-site operation of the throttle valve. Short stabs to install anti-splinter still to avoid the small opening in a long time to work. In view of the characteristic of no impact between the wedge throttle valve and the valve seat, the proposal that the valve disc uses the ceramic material is proposed.
