目的:观察十八反药物白蔹反乌头应用时对小鼠的毒性作用。方法:连续14 d给予小鼠乌头、白蔹、乌头-白蔹水煎剂,末次给药后30 min取小鼠血液并分离血清,测定血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH);处死后进行尸检,取心、肝、肾测定脏器系数并做病理检查。结果:血液生化指标检查结果表明,单用乌头组ALT,AST值升高(P<0.05);单用白蔹组AST升高(P<0.05);两药合用组ALT,AST,LDH均升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);其余各组各项生化指标的变化均在正常值范围内波动。脏器系数检查结果表明:单用乌头组肝脏系数增加(P<0.05),两药合用组肝、肾脏器系数均增加(P<0.01或P<0.05)。尸检及病理组织学检查结果表明:两药合用组小鼠肝、肾可见明显改变。结论:十八反药物乌头与白蔹合用时对小鼠毒性增强。
Objective: To observe the toxic effect of Eighteen anti-drug Baizhu anti-aconitum on mice. Methods: The mice were given aconitum, white catfish and aconite - white emu decoction for 14 consecutive days. After the last administration, the blood of the mice was taken and the serum was separated. The contents of serum total protein (TP), serum albumin (ALB) ALT, AST, BUN, Cr, LDH were measured. After sacrifice, autopsy, coring, liver and kidney were performed Organ coefficient and pathological examination. Results: The results of blood biochemical tests showed that ALT and AST increased (P <0.05) in Aconitum alone group, and AST increased in Atractylodes macrocephala group (P <0.05). ALT, AST and LDH (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The changes of other biochemical indexes fluctuated within the normal range. The results of organ coefficient test showed that the liver coefficient of single acupuncture group increased (P <0.05), and the coefficient of liver and kidney organs increased in both groups (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Autopsy and histopathological examination results show that: the two drugs combined group of mice liver, kidney visible changes. Conclusion: Eighteen anti-drug Aconitum combined with white pomfret toxicity increased in mice.
