以煅烧铝土矿选尾矿、水玻璃为主要原料制备碱激发胶凝材料,研究了钙对其强度的影响。结果表明:掺入的CaO在热活化过程不会与尾矿发生化学作用;掺入少量CaO可使砂浆的强度提高,但强度不会随CaO掺量的增加而继续增长;先煅烧后增钙与先增钙后煅烧具有相当的增强效果;Ca(OH)2与CaO具有相似的增强效果,但前者的强度提升程度更高。根据试验结果,提出了先煅烧后增钙的活化方式及1%CaO掺量的增强方式、2%~5%CaO掺量的促凝方式。
Calcined bauxite tailings, water glass as the main raw material alkali-activated cementitious material was prepared to study the impact of calcium on its strength. The results showed that CaO did not chemically react with the tailings during the heat activation process. The addition of a small amount of CaO increased the strength of the mortar, but the strength did not increase with the increase of CaO content. Ca (OH) 2 and CaO have similar enhancement effect, but the intensity of the former increases more. According to the test results, the activation mode of calcination after calcination and the enhancement mode of 1% CaO content and the procoagulant mode of 2% ~ 5% CaO content were proposed.
