对辣椒(CapsicumannuumL.)雄蕊雌性化的花芽、花、果实进行了形态与解剖观察,结果表明:1.辣椒雄蕊发生雌性化的花芽较正常花芽肥大;花芽分化过程同正常花芽一致;雌性化雄蕊原基呈扁平叶状突起,以后发育成类似心皮的叶状体,边缘靠合或缝合形成雌蕊状或者5个雌性化雄蕊与正常雌蕊完全合生在一起,形成合柱体。2.雄蕊在雌性化过程中,形态上表现出一系列的中间过渡类型,完全雌性化的雄蕊具有略为膨大的“柱头”,1~3条“花柱”和基部膨大的“子房”;“子房”内有“胚珠”;雌性化雄蕊的“胚珠”与正常子房中的胚珠相似;经人工辅助授粉可发育成种子。
The morphological and anatomical observations of the flower buds, flowers and fruits of the female flower of Capsicum annuum L. were conducted. The results showed that: 1. Fecundity of flower buds was more than that of normal flower buds in flower buds of peppers; flower bud differentiation process was consistent with that of normal flower buds; female stamens appeared flat leaf-like protuberances and later developed into leaflike bodies similar to carpels. Or 5 feminized stamens completely connate with normal pistils to form a co-cylinder. 2. During the process of feminization, the stamens showed a series of intermediate transitional morphologies. The fully feminized stamens had slightly enlarged “stigma”, 1-3 “style” and “ovary” with basal enlargement. “Ovary ”There are“ ovules ”inside; the“ ovules ”of the feminized stamens are similar to the ovules in the normal ovary; seeds can be developed by artificial pollination.
