利用热分析方法考察了双马来酰亚胺胶粘剂的耐高温性能,利用FT-IR分析了该胶粘剂的结构。以该胶粘剂为基体材料制备粘结团体润滑膜,并用高温摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦学性能进行了评价。试验表明,该润滑膜于室温至250C温度范围内具有满意的耐磨性,是一种摩擦学特性和综合性能优良的润滑材料,双马来酰亚胶胶粘剂具备优良的耐高温性能和工艺性能。
The heat resistance of the bismaleimide adhesive was investigated by means of thermal analysis. The structure of the adhesive was analyzed by FT-IR. The adhesive was used as base material to prepare adhesive group lubricating film, and its tribological properties were evaluated by high temperature friction and wear tester. The test shows that the lubricating film has satisfactory abrasion resistance at room temperature to 250C and is a lubricating material with excellent tribological properties and comprehensive properties. The bismaleimide adhesive has excellent high temperature resistance and processability .
