采用有机物前驱法制备纳米CoAl2O4催化剂,并应用于光催化还原CO2/H2O体系中。通过TG-DTA、FTIR、XRD对光催化剂进行表征,表征结果显示,催化剂属于尖晶石相,粒子尺寸约为10~30nm,催化剂的最佳煅烧温度为900℃。在催化剂用量为1.5g/L、反应时间为8h、CO2流量200mL/min、反应温度为80℃、反应液中NaOH和Na2SO3的浓度均为0.10mol/L条件下,甲酸产率高达936.82μmol/g-Cat。并对纳米CoAl2O4催化剂光催化还原CO2的机理进行了探究。
The nano-CoAl2O4 catalyst was prepared by organic precursor method and applied to photocatalytic reduction of CO2 / H2O system. The photocatalyst was characterized by TG-DTA, FTIR and XRD. The results showed that the catalyst belongs to the spinel phase, the particle size is about 10 ~ 30nm and the optimum calcination temperature is 900 ℃. The yield of formic acid was as high as 936.82μmol / L with the catalyst dosage of 1.5g / L, the reaction time of 8h, the flow rate of CO2 of 200mL / min and the reaction temperature of 80 ℃. The concentration of NaOH and Na2SO3 in the reaction solution was 0.10mol / g-Cat. The mechanism of photocatalytic reduction of CO2 with nano-CoAl2O4 was also explored.
