一、决策对头企业才能发展贵州汽车改装厂座落在祖国西南的贵阳市燕子岩一九八二年贵州省经委根据生产发展的需要,决定把贵州汽车制造厂改装分厂实行独立经营成立贵州汽车改装厂。在独立经营前是单纯从事军用特种车的专业生产厂(?)由于长期以来产品方向不明,军工生产任务逐年减少,1981年只生产21辆车还分别为六个品种,总产值只有298万元,全员劳动生产率3000元。由于生产上不去,管理混乱,职工生活问题成堆、劳动纪律松驰、企业很不景气,全厂大多数职工处于不安心状态。
