1临床资料患者,男,61岁,以“反复左上腹痛伴腹胀2个月”为主诉于2013年7月9日入大连市中心医院。病人入院前2个月无明显诱因出现左上腹间断隐痛,伴腹胀,可自行缓解,不伴放散痛、发热等。就诊于我院,行胃镜检查示:胃体下段至胃窦小弯及前后壁巨大溃疡性病变,病理示低分化腺癌。癌胚抗原:1.94 ng/mL,糖类抗原19-9:15.20 U/mL。肝脏、
