本文报告酒精戒断反应一例。患者男性,63岁。有30多年的大量饮酒史,每日饮酒量约一市斤。本次因上腹部疼痛三天,解黑便二天而停止饮酒,随后出现神经、精神症状,表现为抽搐、意识不清、谵妄、震颤,误诊为肝昏迷住院。鉴于酒精戒断反应有其特殊的临床表现,为此,特复习有关文献,并对其诊断、预后、处理作了讨论。 This article reports a case of alcohol withdrawal. Male patient, 63 years old. Over 30 years of heavy drinking history, daily consumption of about one kilogram. The three days because of pain in the upper abdomen, black solution two days to stop drinking, followed by neurological and psychiatric symptoms, manifested as convulsions, confusion, delirium, tremor, misdiagnosed as hepatic coma hospitalization. In view of its special clinical manifestations of alcohol withdrawal response, for this purpose, special review of the literature, and its diagnosis, prognosis, treatment were discussed.
