当前,围绕工会经费的收、管、用,各级各地所采取的具体办法和措施,可谓“八仙过海,各显神通”。有的与工会整体工作联系在一起,相互促进;有的与评先表模挂钩,实行“一票否决”;有的采取激励办法,完成有奖、超缴分成;有的全会动员,全员上阵,短期突击;有的采取“笨”办法,勤跑腿,以勤感人,多动嘴,以情动人,常抓不懈;有的靠协调关系,委托部门代扣;有的将费改税,委托代收;有的另设专班,常年专事收费;有的借助党政力量,协助收缴;
