目的:研究在不同温度(25℃,37℃)条件下,清开灵注射液与5%碳酸氢钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、林格液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后的稳定性。方法:将清开灵注射液加入上述6种不同的输液中,模拟临床用药浓度,放置不同温度下(25℃,37℃),用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸收度和吸收曲线,同时检查配伍液pH、外观变化。结果:清开灵注射液与6种输液配伍后,在25℃和37℃条件下放置24 h内,外观、性状、pH值、黄芩苷含量、吸收曲线均没有明显变化。结论:清开灵注射液与6种输液配伍,在24 h内基本稳定,且受温度影响不大。
Objective: To study the effects of Qingkailing injection, 5% sodium bicarbonate injection, 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, Cell solution, 0.9% sodium chloride injection stability after compatibility. Conclusion: Qingkailing injection and 6 kinds of infusion compatibility, basically stable within 24 h, and little affected by temperature.
