目的:观察益气活血方药联合西药治疗冠心病心气虚证患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例中医辨证为冠心病心气虚证的病人,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中药益气活血方药,疗程为4个周。治疗后观察两组心绞痛症状、心电图表现以及心功能改善情况。结果:治疗组、对照组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率分别为86.7%、76.7%(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组心电图改善的总有效率分别为90.0%,73.3%(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方药治疗冠心病心绞痛之心气虚证有确切疗效,与冠心病内科常规治疗用的西药具有协同增效的作用,能够明显提高临床疗效,发挥了中医药的优势和特色。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe combined with western medicine in treating patients with coronary heart disease and qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients with syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was given conventional western medicine. On the basis of this, the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue recipe, Treatment for 4 weeks. After treatment, angina pectoris, ECG performance and cardiac function were observed in two groups. Results: The total effective rates of improvement of angina pectoris in treatment group and control group were 86.7% and 76.7%, respectively (P <0.05). The total effective rate of improvement of electrocardiogram in treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 73.3% (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Recipe has the exact effect of treating heart qi deficiency syndrome of angina pectoris with coronary heart disease, and has the synergistic effect with western medicine of routine treatment of coronary heart disease, which can obviously improve the clinical curative effect and exert the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
