随着我国工业化进程的加快,电力系统的发展趋于成熟,众多电力公司纷纷崛起,电力市场竞争日趋激烈。不少企业为了提升自身竞争力,开始将目光投向电力营销体系的建设。由于不同企业的自身特点以及产品服务定位不同,所以在建设电力营销工作体系时有必要结合自身实际情况。本文将具体地就电力营销管理标准化工作体系的建设工作进行简单探究,希望能够帮助相关企业合理地建设出适合自身长久发展的电力营销体系。
With the acceleration of China’s industrialization process, the development of the power system has matured, and many power companies have emerged one after another. Competition in the power market has become increasingly fierce. In order to enhance their competitiveness, many companies have begun to turn their attention to the construction of the power marketing system. Because of the different characteristics of different companies and the positioning of their products and services, it is necessary to combine their actual conditions when building a power marketing work system.
