高强度螺栓连接(HSFG)在钢桥中的应用很广泛。通过有限元分析和试验,对一些力学性能如滑移-荷载关系、荷载转移系数、应力状态、摩擦应力分布等进行了详细研究。有限元分析和试验研究结果表明:在边缘处的螺栓反力比中间几排的螺栓反力要大。连接板和盖板上的应力类似于波浪形分布,如大应力和小应力交替出现在不同的位置。试验结果和有限元分析的结果很吻合,同时也验证了有限元方法的有效性。验证HSFG节点的数值模拟方法的可行性,其对节点设计便捷有效。
High-strength bolt connection (HSFG) in the steel bridge is widely used. Through finite element analysis and test, some mechanical properties such as slip-load relationship, load transfer coefficient, stress state, friction stress distribution were studied in detail. Finite element analysis and experimental results show that the bolt reaction force at the edge is larger than the bolt reaction force in the middle row. The stresses on the webs and covers are similar to wavy distributions, where large stresses and small stresses alternate at different locations. The experimental results are in good agreement with the results of the finite element analysis, and the validity of the finite element method is verified. Verify the feasibility of numerical simulation of HSFG nodes, which is convenient and effective for node design.
