目前,国内投产的色谱气测仪约250台,色谱气测资料已成为划分油、气、水层的重要资料之一,其地质效果越来越被人们所肯定。由于仪器比较复杂,某些部件设计不合理,造成稳定性较差,而且仪器投产时间较长,以致故障较多。为了适应野外检修仪器的需要,我们设计了一套多用校验器。本文介绍其使用方法及原理,供有关人员参考。 At present, about 250 chromatographs have been put into production in the country. The chromatographic gas measurement data has become one of the most important materials for the classification of oil, gas and water layers. Its geological effects have been more and more recognized by people. Due to the complexity of the instrument, the design of some components is not reasonable, resulting in poor stability, and the equipment is put into operation for a long time, resulting in more failures. In order to meet the needs of field maintenance instruments, we designed a set of multi-purpose calibrator. This article describes the use of methods and principles for reference by the relevant personnel.
