《元典章》全名《大元圣政国朝典章》,为元代政书类编。正集六十卷,辑有中统至延祐年间各种诏令条格、公牍。附新集,不分卷,所辑皆英宗至治元年,二年(1321-1322)诏旨公牍。分诏令、圣政、朝纲、台纲、吏部、户部、礼部、兵部、刑部、工部十门,凡三百七十三目,为现存记载元代典章制度的重要史料。传世有沈家本刻本及台湾故宫博物院影印元刻本。
