针对软硬交错、研磨性高的地层设计了一种新型人造金刚石混合孕镶块。这种新型孕镶块以人造单晶金刚石和热稳定聚晶金刚石为耐磨切削材料, 以硬质合金复合材料做胎体, 通过热压烧结工艺烧结而成。为降低硬质合金材料的烧结温度, 减少金刚石的热损伤, 在胎体材料中添加了微量P元素, 通过微量P元素的活化作用, 使硬质合金材料的烧结成型温度适当降低, 并具备所需要的机械性能。试验表明, 用新型孕镶块制造的新型孕镶块阶梯钻头的机械钻速比一般钻头提高56 % ~73 % , 进尺也有较大提高。
Aiming at the strata with hard and soft interlacing and high abrasiveness, a new type of artificial diamond mixed inlay block was designed.
