介绍了俄罗斯ЗАО公司最近研制的新型堵水材料“Полисил ДФ” ,即反向油水乳化液和在此基础上研制的选择性堵水工艺。与水混合时 ,乳化液的黏度增加 ,降低了水相渗透率 ;与石油接触时 ,乳化液被稀释 ,新的油层被打开 ,增加了采油量。实验表明 ,新型堵水工艺降低产液量至 ,增加采油量 5 0 % ~ 85 % ,降低含水率 12 % ,每 1kg堵水材料可增油 10t ,一次处理的经济效益达6 0万卢布。
The new plugging material “Полисил ДФ” recently developed by Russia’s ЗАО Company is introduced, ie the reverse oil-water emulsion and the selective water plugging process developed on this basis. When mixed with water, the viscosity of the emulsion increases, reducing the water phase permeability; when in contact with oil, the emulsion is diluted and the new reservoir is opened, increasing the amount of oil production. Experiments show that the new water plugging process reduces liquid production to 50% to 85% of oil recovery and 12% moisture reduction, 10 tons of oil per 1kg of water-blocking material, and the economic benefit of one treatment reaches 600,000 rubles.
