积极探索推进民间投资负面清单管理,是进一步激发民间投资活力,推进非公经济持续发展的重大举措,也是新时期工商联践行“两个健康”工作主题,拓展民间投资领域、助力诚信负面清单建立、服务引导非公经济组织的必然要求。各级工商联应抓住我国全面深化改革的战略机遇,发挥工商联组织统战性、经济性、民间性的综合优势,搭建理想信念教育平台,着力引导非公经济人士诚实守信;搭建参政议政平台,鼓励引导非公经济人士直接参与负面清单管理;搭建联合服务平台,促进非公经济持续健康发展;搭建交流合作平台,提升非公经济人士对负面清单的监督合力。
Active exploration and promotion of the management of negative inventory of private investment is a major measure to further stimulate the vitality of private investment and promote the sustained development of the non-public economy.
