在逐渐信息化的社会中,对于公共图书馆的管理工作也必须在理念上创新。要想真正做好公共图书馆的读者服务工作,就要立足公共图书馆的现实,全面建设读者服务核心理念,在具体的管理实践中,坚持以人为本的思想,努力提高效率。具体分析了在公共图书馆读者服务工作存在的意义,进一步分析公共图书馆读者服务工作的核心理念,在此基础上,为公共图书馆读者服务工作提供借鉴。
In a society of gradual informationization, the management of public libraries must also be conceptualized. In order to really do a good job of public library service for readers, we must base ourselves on the reality of public libraries and fully construct the core concepts of reader service. In specific management practices, we must adhere to the people-centered thinking and work hard to improve efficiency. This paper analyzes the significance of the reader service in the public library and further analyzes the core concepts of the reader service in the public library. On this basis, it provides reference for the readers service in the public library.
