职业教育中兴趣教学模式相比传统灌输式教学模式,更加注重学生主动性和积极性,在学习职业技能的同时强调职业精神培育,符合技能人才“工匠精神”的培育办学导向。分析了兴趣教学模式的理论原理,对兴趣教学模式的开展意义和兴趣教学模式实践方法进行了研究,职业院校后续开展兴趣教学模式提供有益的探索和借鉴。
Compared with the traditional instillation teaching mode, the interest teaching mode in vocational education pays more attention to the initiative and enthusiasm of students. At the same time, it emphasizes the cultivating of professionalism in line with vocational skills, which is in line with the training of technical talents and “craftsmanship”. It analyzes the theory and principle of the teaching mode of interest, conducts a research on the significance of developing the teaching mode of interest and the practice method of teaching interest mode, and provides useful exploration and reference for the follow-up interest teaching mode in vocational colleges.
