目的:探讨全反式维甲酸(All trans retinoic acid,ATRA)作为辅助剂在急性早幼粒细胞白血病(Acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)治疗中,对患者血清促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)、血清铁蛋白、叶酸和维生素B12水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年6月-2015年6月接诊的50例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的临床资料。根据患者的治疗方法不同将患者分为两组,A组(亚砷酸钠治疗组)和B组(亚砷酸钠联合ATRA)。对比两组患者治疗后血清铁蛋白、EPO、叶酸和维生素B12恢复情况。结果:两组患者入院时所有血清EPO、铁蛋白等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者血清各指标均有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后B组患者中EPO、血清B12、血清铁蛋白和叶酸恢复正常水平者明显多于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全反式维甲酸辅助治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者能够更好的改善患者血清EPO、铁蛋白、叶酸和维生素B12的异常,对于疾病的治疗有一定的效果。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of All trans retinoic acid (ATRA) as adjuvant in the treatment of Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) on the serum levels of erythropoietin (EPO), serum Ferritin, folic acid and vitamin B12 levels. Methods: The clinical data of 50 patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia admitted in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups according to the patient’s treatment: group A (sodium arsenite treatment group) and group B (sodium arsenite combined with ATRA). After treatment, serum ferritin, EPO, folic acid and vitamin B12 recovery were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in serum EPO and ferritin between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the serum indexes of both groups were improved (P <0.05). After treatment, patients in group B In EPO, serum B12, serum ferritin and folic acid returned to normal levels were significantly more than the A group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: All-trans retinoic acid adjuvant treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia patients can better improve the serum EPO, ferritin, folic acid and vitamin B12 abnormalities, for the treatment of diseases have a certain effect.
