应用免疫组化法结合计算机图像分析检测(ICE、Fas)在人早期妊娠绒毛组织中的表达以及米非司酮的影响。结果发现两种基因的蛋白表达产物在早期妊娠绒毛各组成细胞中均有表达,合体滋养细胞为主,ICE表现为细胞浆阳性着色,Fas以细胞浆阳性为主,部分表现为膜或全细胞阳性,核为主。应用米非司酮2天后,各绒毛组分ICE表达增强,但无统计学意义差异(P>0.05),Fas表达明显增强,以核为主的全细胞阳性比例显著增加(P<0.01)。提示米非司酮终止早期妊娠可能是通过增强Fas表达,促进细胞凋亡来实现的。
Immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis were used to detect the expression of ICE and Fas in human chorionic villi and the effect of mifepristone. The results showed that the protein expression products of the two genes were expressed in the constituent cells of early pregnancy villi. The syncytiotrophoblasts were dominant, ICE showed cytoplasm positive staining, Fas was mainly cytoplasm, and part of the membrane or whole cells Positive, nuclear-based. After 2 days of mifepristone, the expression of ICE in each villus was enhanced, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The expression of Fas was significantly increased, and the percentage of nucleus-dominant whole cells was significantly increased (P <0.01). Tip mifepristone termination of early pregnancy may be through enhanced Fas expression and promote apoptosis.
