目的:对中药房存在的中药饮片养护管理问题展开研究,并提出针对性的应对策略。方法:调查并分析我院中药房中药饮片养护管理工作的现状,并对加强养护管理前两年(2013年与2014年)与加强养护管理后一年(2015年)的药品损失率及合格率进行对比,同时提出相关应对策略。结果:在中药饮片养护管理工作中,存在购货渠道缺乏规范性、采购缺乏科学性、炮制质量不高以及存储不当等问题。此外,中药房2015年的药品损失率明显低于2013年与2014年,药品合格率则显著高于前两年(P<0.05)。结论:中药房通过制定科学、规范的中药饮片采购计划,对饮片的质量进行严格验收,加大养护管理及检查力度,促进炮制水平提高等,可为中药饮片的质量以及病人的用药安全提供充分保障。
OBJECTIVE: To study the problems of traditional Chinese medicine (Herbal Pieces) conservation management in pharmacies and to put forward some countermeasures. Methods: To investigate and analyze the status quo of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces conservation and management in our hospital, and to improve the rate of drug loss and pass rate in the first two years (2013 and 2014) and one year after the conservation management (2015) For comparison, at the same time put forward relevant coping strategies. Results: In the conservation of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces management, there is lack of normative purchase channels, lack of scientific procurement, processing quality is not high and improper storage and other issues. In addition, the pharmacy’s 2015 drug loss rate was significantly lower than that of 2013 and 2014, and the drug passing rate was significantly higher than the previous two years (P <0.05). Conclusion: The pharmacy through the development of scientific and standardized purchase of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces, Pieces of the quality of strict inspection and acceptance, and increase conservation management and inspection efforts to improve the level of processing, etc., for the quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine and the patient’s drug safety to provide adequate Protection.
