本实验观察寿星补汁对小鼠的延缓衰老作用。结果表明连续喂饲寿星补汁10g/kg 3个月的小鼠、脑、肝组织脂褐质含量均明显减少,成年小鼠肝组织过氧化脂质也显著降低。寿星补汁对肝组织体外实验表明,寿星补汁可抑制脂质过氧化反应。此外,寿星补汁还使皮肤羟脯氨酸含量下降。上述结果说明寿星补汁有较强的延缓衰老作用。 This experiment observes the anti-aging effect of Shouxing supplement on mice. The results showed that the content of lipofuscin in mice, brain and liver tissues was significantly reduced after continuous feeding of 10 g/kg of Shouxing Starch for 3 months. Lipid peroxidation in liver tissue of adult mice was also significantly reduced. In vitro experiments with liver juice supplemented with longevity supplemented juice showed that the longevity supplemented juice can inhibit lipid peroxidation. In addition, longevity supplementation also reduces the hydroxyproline content of the skin. The above results indicate that the longevity supplement has a strong anti-aging effect.
