要设计出一套好的压裂方案,必须先有一个压裂处理后所形成的裂缝面积的计算方法。通过这个方法才有可能去研究各个影响压裂面积的因素,因而据以制订一套压裂方案。压裂面积同裂缝体积相联键着,而压裂体积同注入压裂液的量有关。注入的压裂液除渗透到油层去的那一部分以外,就充塞在裂缝中(图1)。注入的压裂液的量可由注入速度和注入时间来确定,漏失的压裂液可由压裂液漏失率来确定,而这些量是易于确定的。以下我们把这个初步分析定量化,从而确定出压裂面积。
To design a good fracturing scheme, you must first have a method of calculating the fracture area formed after the fracturing treatment. It is only by this method that it is possible to study various factors that affect the area of fracturing and accordingly formulate a set of fracturing plan. The fracturing area is linked with the fracture volume, and the fracturing volume is related to the amount of fracturing fluid injected. The injected fracturing fluid is filled in the fracture except for the portion that has penetrated the reservoir (Figure 1). The amount of fracturing fluid injected can be determined by the injection rate and injection time, and the fluid loss can be determined by the rate of fracturing fluid loss, and these quantities are easily determined. Below we quantify this preliminary analysis, to determine the fracturing area.
