依据系统科学理论,结合体育系学生未来工作性质、特点,分析了体育系学生在校学习期间自我综合工作能力的培养过程。结果表明,体育系学生日我综合工作能力培养过程,是一个开放性的动态网络大系统。在这个系统中,因不同的人受主、客观及其它因素的影响和制约,又可分为3种不同类型的培养子系统,不同系统培养出来的学生,从毕业后实际工作检验情况看,存在着明显的差异。这种差异性,为我们建立具有良好功能的学生综合能力培养系统工程,提供了理论依据。
According to the theory of system science, combined with the nature and characteristics of students ’future work in PE department, this paper analyzes the training process of students’ ability to work together during their studies in school. The results show that the students of Physical Education Department, I work ability training process, is an open dynamic network system. In this system, because different people are influenced by the host, objective and other factors, they can be divided into three different types of training subsystems. The students trained by different systems, from the actual work examination after graduation, There is a clear difference. This difference provides a theoretical basis for us to establish a systematic project of comprehensive ability cultivation for students with good functions.
