目前临床电生理检查、消融、标测等所用的导管大多需要进口,价格昂贵,而且绝大部份导管不具有头端角度可调节的特点,所以在手术中往往因定位的不准确导致手术时间的延长甚至失败。为了临床与科研的需要,我们于两年前已研制出这种头端角度可调的导向电极导管,并应用于临床,现将这种导管的特点与应用情况介绍如下。一、导管的基本结构与特点导管的导向主要靠导管头端的角度,如使头端10公分扭曲的角度可调,此导管便有了可导向性。为了使此角度可调,我们设计了一个类似人工关节的结构在导管腔内,这样便使导管有了头端角度可调的功能。此种导管有如下特点: 1.导管头端的角度可从0~180°可调。此可使导管在插入血管、心脏的过程中可根据通道的弯曲度
