由南京农业机械化研究所负责的“粮食干燥机械化的试验研究”课题,主要从“化”的角度,研究分析我国南方农村粮食干燥机械化的重要性和可行性、粮食干燥体制和经营管理方法的探索、干燥设备机型的选择、干燥能源的解决途径、发展粮食干燥设备综合利用的重要性等。今年4月通过了部级技术鉴定。通过1980年对南方13省、市、区进行的全面调查;1981年组织全国比较成熟的11台中小型干燥设备进行了集中生产对比试验;1982年重点对平床式干燥设备的经营管理、综合利用、换向通风技术效果、发展户用干燥设备的可行性等进行了试验研究。在此基础上提出研究报告。报告提出了以下六点结论: 1.发展粮食干燥机械化,可以提高农业生产抗御自然灾害的能力,减少大批粮食霉烂损失,保障人民健康,促进农村经济繁荣; 2.建立以独户、联户、专业户、社队集体兴办粮食干燥事业为主,国营农场、国家粮食部门和有条
