读书,是一种快乐;读书加上思考,是一种享受。《领导班子合力论》、《隙见录》是黄文麟先生著作中的两部力作。《求是》总编邢贲思撰文赞《领导班子合力论》,说读后让人有亲切感、认同感。著作属于领导科学范围,能在结构、素质、机制等方面提出新意。国家经委原主任袁宝华称赞《隙见录》,是一部能坚持实践第一、辩证第一的、有知识性、可读性的好书。
