目的:建立了迷迭香水溶性成分的毛细管电泳特征图谱。方法:以20 mmol.L-1硼砂(pH=9.50)为背景电解质溶液,运行电压12 kV,紫外检测波长300 nm,重力进样时间5 s(高度10 cm),对不同产地迷迭香进行检测。结果:按电泳峰共有率fi≥90%为依据,确定10个不同产地迷迭香的毛细管电泳指纹峰为11个,各产地迷迭香的毛细管电泳特征图谱与对照毛细管电泳特征图谱的相似度较好。在不同时间对样品进行测定,各特征峰的相对迁移时间的RSD小于5.0%,相对峰面积的RSD在2.7%~8.0%之间,结果表明样品在36 h内稳定。结论:该方法简便准确,为迷迭香的质量控制提供了有效的手段。
Objective: To establish a capillary electrophoresis characteristic map of water-soluble components of rosemary. Methods: 20 mmol·L-1 borax (pH = 9.50) was used as the background electrolyte solution. The operating voltage was 12 kV, the UV detection wavelength was 300 nm and the gravimetric injection time was 5 s (height 10 cm) Detection. Results: Based on the fi> 90% of the common electrophoresis peak, the fingerprint peaks of the capillary electrophoresis of rosemary in 10 different areas were determined to be 11, and the similarity of the capillary electrophoresis characteristic map of the rosemary in each producing area to that of the control capillary electrophoresis better. The samples were measured at different times. The relative migration time (RSD) of each characteristic peak was less than 5.0% and the relative peak area (RSD) was between 2.7% and 8.0%. The results showed that the sample was stable within 36 h. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, which provides an effective method for the quality control of rosemary.
