目的:观察雷贝拉唑对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori,Hp)感染活动性胃溃疡患者组织学溃疡愈合质量影响。方法:幽门螺旋杆菌感染的胃溃疡病人100例根据入院顺序随机平分为两组-治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组给予雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林治疗,治疗组给予奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林治疗。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率96.0%,对照组总有效率80.0%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组的Hp根除率分别为84.0%(42/50)和80.0%(40/50),两组间根除率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应多为轻、中度,停药后自行消失,两组不良反应情况对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑对Hp感染活动性胃溃疡患者组织学溃疡愈合效果好,可提高Hp根除率,安全性好。 Objective: To observe the effect of rabeprazole on histological ulcer healing in patients with active gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection. Methods: 100 cases of gastric ulcer patients infected with Helicobacter pylori were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission - 50 cases in the treatment group and the control group, the control group was treated with rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin, and the treatment group was given Omeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Rabeprazole can effectively heal histological ulcer in Hp infected patients with active gastric ulcer, improve the eradication rate of Hp, and have good safety.
