夏季冷凉潮湿是开发利用地下室的主要障碍,利用太阳能采暖降湿是解决这一问题的有效途径。本文分析了太阳能采暖降湿热风系统的主要性能、经济评价及计算方法,并以开封市地下室为例作了具体计算。实践结果表明,按本文提出的方法求集热面积比和有效集热面积,符合实际情况,达到了采暖降湿的预期目的。本文考虑净收益与投资的时间价值,采用比值法对热风系进行了定量经济评价。
The cold and wet summer is the main obstacle to the development and utilization of the basement. The use of solar heating and dehumidification is an effective way to solve this problem. In this paper, the main performance, economic evaluation and calculation method of solar heating and desiccant hot air system are analyzed. Taking Kaifeng city basement as an example, concrete calculation is made. The practice results show that, according to the method proposed in this paper, the area ratio of heat collection and the area of effective heat collection are in accordance with the actual situation, which achieves the expected purpose of heating and dehumidifying. This article considers the time value of net income and investment, and uses the ratio method to conduct a quantitative economic evaluation of the hot air system.
