针对PDC石油钻头在使用过程中产生泥包的问题,进行了岩屑的受力情况和起动条件的分析,建立了计算模型. 通过计算机数值模拟计算,可以得到井底流场的速度分布规律,为分析PDC钻头的排屑能力以及有效抑制泥包生成提供理论依据.
Aiming at the problem of mud packs generated during the use of PDC oil bit, the stress conditions and starting conditions of the cuttings are analyzed and a calculation model is established. Through the numerical simulation of the computer, the velocity distribution law of the bottom hole flow field can be obtained, It provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the chip removal ability of PDC bits and effectively suppressing the generation of mud packs.
