2011年有关方面公布的专用汽车整车类国家/行业标准“征求意见稿”计有10余项,其中包括首次制定和修订,专用作业车和专用运输车。本文根据有关资料对它们的有关情况做了简单回顾,包括制/修订的背景、原则、依据、适用范围以及笔者的有关思考等。(本文分2次发表) In 2011, there are more than 10 items of state / industry standard for special-purpose vehicles announced by relevant authorities, including initial formulation and revision, special purpose vehicles and special transport vehicles. Based on the relevant information, this article makes a brief review of their relevant situations, including the background, principles, basis and scope of the system / amendment as well as the author’s relevant thinking.
