目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的安全性及预后评估.方法选取我院2018年10月至2020年5月收治的60例急性胆囊炎患者,用随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,各30例,对照组

目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的安全性及预后评估.方法选取我院2018年10月至2020年5月收治的60例急性胆囊炎患者,用随机数字法分为研究组与对照组,各30例,对照组患者接受开腹手术,研究组患者采用腹腔镜胆囊切除手术,对比两组术后疗效、安全性以及预后评估.结果经过两组对比,研究组治疗总有效优于对照组(P<0.05);从手术安全性和预后评估来说,对照组明显低于研究组(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床疗效突出,安全性较高,术后恢复情况较好,值得临床推荐使用.
