采用外消旋丙交酯(D,L-LA)与环氧大豆油(ESO)在辛酸亚锡[Sn(Oct)2]催化下原位开环聚合,利用ESO的环氧基,合成了多支链结构的以刚性聚乳酸为臂、环氧大豆油为核的高分子星型共聚物(PDLLA-ESO);采用红外光谱对共聚物进行了表征,考察了ESO用量、反应温度和反应时间对共聚物黏均分子量的影响,结果表明:当ESO质量分数为4%时,在160℃下反应6h,得到的共聚物黏均分子量达6.92×104g/mol,分子量得到了提高;并对共聚物的力学性能进行了测试,结果显示:共聚物的拉伸强度为32.6MPa,断裂伸长率为5.96%,两者均得到了提高。
In situ ring-opening polymerization of racemic lactide (D, L-LA) and epoxidized soybean oil (ESO) catalyzed by stannous octoate [Sn (Oct) 2] (PDLLA-ESO) with rigid polylactic acid as the arm and epoxy soybean oil as the core. The copolymers were characterized by IR. The effects of the amount of ESO, the reaction temperature and the reaction time The results showed that when the mass fraction of ESO was 4% and the reaction time was 6h at 160 ℃, the viscosity average molecular weight of the copolymer reached 6.92 × 104g / mol, and the molecular weight was improved. The mechanical properties of the copolymer were tested and the results showed that the tensile strength of the copolymer was 32.6 MPa and the elongation at break was 5.96%, both of which were improved.
