金融发展是制约吉林省经济社会发展的重要因素,因此,构建多层次的资本市场体系、不断提高直接融资比重、促进直接融资和间接融资的协调发展十分必要。吉林省要努力提高资产证券化率,推动已上市公司的做大做强,大力发展股权投资基金,政府要引导更多创投基金投向创新型企业,争取加入全国股权转让代办系统,推进吉林省产权交易市场建设,努力扩大企业债券市场,加大投融资和中介机构的培育和引进力度,加快金融改革创新,加大政策扶持力度。
Financial development is an important factor restricting the economic and social development in Jilin Province. Therefore, it is necessary to build a multi-level capital market system, continuously raise the proportion of direct financing and promote the coordinated development of direct financing and indirect financing. Jilin Province should make efforts to raise the rate of asset securitization, promote listed companies to become larger and stronger, and vigorously develop equity investment funds. The government should guide more venture capital funds to invest in innovative enterprises and strive to join the national equity transfer agent system and promote the development of Jilin Province Property rights market construction, and strive to expand the corporate bond market, increase investment and financing and intermediary institutions to cultivate and introduce efforts to speed up financial reform and innovation, increase policy support.
