采用最优化方法设计管网可以最大程度地提高管网的总体经济效益。为了在管网设计中较好地体现注汽井分布不规则的情况,提出了一种稠油热采注蒸汽干管拐弯的枝状网布置形式和优化设计方法。该种管网布置方式是将每个方向伸出的干管分成两段,中间拐弯,能够较好地体现注汽井分布的不规则性。以初投资的年摊还额和运行费用为优化设计目标函数,把管线管径、保温层厚度、注汽站位置和干管走向与长度等设计变量纳于一体,同步设计,得到了总体最优的设计管网,并开发了优化设计软件。根据某油田的实际井位分布情况,运用该软件进行了设计。在相同的经济参数下,优化设计结果同实际管网的对比表明,优化管网大大降低了干管的长度和年运行费用,提高了管网的总体经济效益。
Optimizing the design of pipe networks can maximize the overall economics of the pipe network. In order to better reflect the irregular distribution of steam injection well in the design of pipe network, a dendrite layout and optimal design method of steam pipe of heavy oil thermal recovery steaming pipe are proposed.
