1 概述玉带河属小型河道,发源于宝丰西部山丘区,经平顶山市石龙区复入宝丰县境,至县城西分为二流,一流向北入净肠河,一流向东南贯穿县城,至城东再入净肠河,河道全长21km,流域面积47km~2,其上游建有枢纽工程河陈水库。玉带河城区段长2.38km,集水面积4km~2,河道比降1/500～1/600,是县城的主要排洪河道。多年来一些单位和个人不断侵占河道,违章建筑步步逼向河床,造成河道行洪断面紧缩,每遇暴雨,河水出岸,城区积水,给沿岸群众造成损失,成为城区防汛的心腹之患。同时,河道两岸及河道内垃圾成堆,周围
