目的探讨个性化护理对门诊患儿依从性的影响。方法方便选取2016年8—10月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院儿科门诊行皮试的患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组按常规的解释工作后进行皮试,观察组进行个性化护理干预,采用自拟问卷调查表进行护理质量满意度评价,采用描述性的研究方法,查阅资料了解儿童对不良刺激的反应及心理特点,比较两组满意度和依从性。结果观察组皮试依从率76.0%,家长护理满意度95.0%,均高于对照组45.0%和88.3%,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理能使患儿在皮试过程中消除紧张恐惧的心理,增加自信心,提高患儿的依从性,提高患者服务满意度,减少护理纠纷发生。
Objective To explore the impact of personalized nursing on compliance in outpatients. Methods Convenient 120 children with skin test in pediatric outpatient department of Affiliated Ningde Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August to October 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each. The skin test and the observation group were conducted personalized nursing intervention. The self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of nursing quality. The descriptive research methods and access to information were used to understand the children’s response to adverse stimuli and psychological characteristics. And compliance. Results The skin test compliance rate was 76.0% in the observation group and 95.0% in the parental care satisfaction rate, which were all higher than those in the control group (45.0% and 88.3%, P <0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing can make children feel nervous and fearful during the skin test, increase self-confidence, improve children’s compliance, improve patient’s service satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes.
