港口是一个城市中举足轻重的通道,对社会和经济的发展有着不可或缺的作用。但是,因为港口工程建设特有的特殊性,会碰到各种各样的天气和环境的影响,项目施工建设的环境非常杂乱,所以施工工程也遇到的危险也不少。所以,在项目的施工过程中,我们必须要加强对风险的安全意识,加强管理,用规范科学的方法辨别风险,用科学的办法对风险控制,减少风险的发生,降低风险发生时所产生的亏损,这些都对项目工程的施工能否用最大的效益竣工有着不可或缺的作用。本文就港口项目工程的施工安全风险的相关管理措施进行了分析,仅供参考。
